NVQs and Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships are our first choice for adults wishing to access LSC funding for their NVQ training. These are a framework of qualifications (including NVQ, Technical Certificate, Key Skills and Employers Rights and Responsibilities) and are certificated by the Sector Skills Council on completion of all of the learning aims.
NVQs are based on the National Occupational Standards as set by the relevant sector skills organisation. Our Assessors confirm that the learner has demonstrated competence in the workplace against these standards and ensure that they the learner has the necessary knowledge to support their performance.
We offer a wide range of NVQs at different levels and can access a variety of funding sources for most of our learners (subject to eligibility). With many years experience in delivering NVQs and a team of qualified and vocationally experienced staff, we are confident that learners will be supported to achieve a successful outcome.
