For over 40 years Gallup have been putting our natural talents to the test and studying how they can be implemented in a variety of roles that individuals may embark on, personally and professionally, in their lifetime. Over the years, Gallup has shown that developing our strengths is the key to success.

Donald O. Clifton introduced the StrengthsFinder model and assessment tool over 40 years ago to prove that our best successes come from developing what we are already good at, not from trying to fix our weaknesses. Donald O. Clifton and colleagues researched what made successful people successful, from this they identified 34 key talents. These 34 different talent themes are ways of thinking, feeling and behaving.
