Overview:

Supervisors have both a legal and moral responsibility to look after the Health & Safety of employees. This qualification will enable managers, supervisors and nominated leads to improve the Health & Safety culture of their organisation, whatever its size or activity.


Outcomes:

By the end of the training you will have covered the following topics:

  • Understand roles and responsibilities for health , safety and welfare in the workplace
  • Understand how risk assessments contribute to health and safety
  • Understand how to identify and control the risks from common workplace hazards
  • Know the procedures for responding to accidents and incidents in the workplace.

You will need to pass an accredited multiple choice test at the end of the course.
